Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Accurately count and record inventory using handheld scanning devices.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for domestic and international shipping.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
