Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and maintain inventory records by checking stock and completing reports.
- Package and label products accurately for shipment or storage.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Operate warehouse equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency and accessibility of stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
