Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records using our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce processing time
- Prepare shipments for distribution by verifying orders and packaging materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
