Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse documentation
- Inspect and package goods according to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free work area
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
