Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery with proper packaging and labeling
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
