Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials, products, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Follow proper documentation procedures for receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
