Responsibilities
- Safely move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Execute accurate order picking and packing for e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking via WMS systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software exposure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Spanish fluency highly valued in Miami market
