Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments from trucks and containers while verifying inventory accuracy
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using WMS systems
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products
- Perform quality inspections and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
