Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, and distribute inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Document transactions in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
