Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the warehouse
- Execute efficient receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes while maintaining FIFO protocols
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and documentation of stock movements
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping/receiving operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
