Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error precision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/SAP familiarity preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Spanish bilingual a plus for our diverse Miami team
