Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in warehouse storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Follow company procedures for material movement and storage
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic math and communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Pass background check and drug screening
