Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in assigned zones
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness standards
- Complete daily cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment certification)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island Blvd location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
