Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by scanning barcodes and performing physical counts.
- Organize warehouse inventory to ensure maximum efficiency and accessibility.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies or logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
