Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and organize inventory using warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Process shipments, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with remote team members via video conferences for task coordination
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Support remote inventory audits through digital documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
