Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Train on new technologies and process improvements
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with remote work tools and digital communication platforms
