Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Organize and store inventory in designated zones with optimal space utilization
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Teams, etc.) preferred
