Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control systems with precision accuracy (RF scanning experience preferred)
- Coordinate warehouse receiving, stocking, and distribution processes
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize supply chain workflows
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse certification preferred
- 1+ years material handling experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Valid forklift certification and safe operation record
- Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
