Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using WMS systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless shipment processing
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach facility (2 days/week minimum)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
