Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move products within the facility
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Inspect and report damaged or defective materials to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse workflows
- Prepare and complete shipping/receiving documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
