Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move goods.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and weight distribution.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods and report discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Equipment: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid forklift certification (we provide training).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order processing.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
