Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials, products, and equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate warehouse machinery (conveyors, scanners) while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Prepare and pack shipments for distribution with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
