Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Scan and sort inventory with barcode scanners for accurate tracking
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
