Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Execute accurate inventory counts and documentation using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and timely processing of inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read packing slips/BOLs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
