Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems and digital documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyors, shrink wrappers, and automated sorting systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or RF scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed
