Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and digital tracking systems
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment according to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and care to prevent damage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
