Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through our WMS system
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment in a safe and productive manner
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
