Responsibilities
- Safely move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Manage inventory through scanning, sorting, and stocking operations
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital tracking systems
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors) following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and maintain organized storage areas
- Participate in daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
