Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Accurately document inventory movements using our digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet OSHA safety standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining productivity standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
