Your Mission:
As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, ensuring our clients receive their products on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing materials.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S standards.
- Packing & Labeling: Properly pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
