Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials in compliance with safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and care
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and inspect incoming goods for damage
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training (provided)
