Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Scan and track inventory movements in WMS systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and FIFO compliance
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
