Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate stock counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor belts and scanners
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass certification test)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
