Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain detailed receiving records
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure on-time delivery
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve issues
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
