Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to OSHA standards
- Load/unload shipments with attention to detail and proper stacking protocols
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent safety hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent safety record and commitment to workplace protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
