Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate automated conveyor systems and scanning technology
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
