Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using powered industrial equipment (PIT) and manual methods
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely and compliantly
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload shipments while verifying documentation and inspecting for damage
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid PIT certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
