Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately count and record stock levels in our WMS system
- Prepare orders for shipment by selecting, packing, and labeling materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for yard operations)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
