Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Organize and label inventory for optimal warehouse flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards in all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
