Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends if needed)
