Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, scan, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate digital records of all material movements in WMS systems
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage layouts and reduce handling time
- Support cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and material handling best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience with forklift certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy tracking experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
