Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse
- Accurately receive, verify, and document incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to customers
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
