Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and put away incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to meet daily targets
- Maintain precise inventory counts through cycle counting and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
