Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas following 5S principles
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy for timely shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong communication skills in English
- Preferable: Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
