Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency and safety compliance.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a major plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (if required for specific tasks).
