Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders using RF scanners.
- Pack, label, and palletize shipments according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring 100% compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
