Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers efficiently and safely.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) according to safety guidelines.
- Package, prepare, and label products for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification upon hire.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
