Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Manage inventory control systems with RF scanners and ERP software
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and participate in monthly training
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Prepare documentation for shipping/receiving processes
- Optimize workflow to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
