Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and data entry
- Inspect and package products to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Optimize warehouse space utilization through strategic stacking and organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Spanish bilingual preferred for team communication
