Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials between warehouse zones
- Accurately receive, scan, and log incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to distribution partners
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols and safety standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
